Our strategy
2025 - 2028

Our Club. Our Community.

Our new strategy sets out our ambition for the next three years.

We want to bring our club and our community together to create a healthier, stronger and more equitable future for everyone in Merton and Wandsworth.

Over the next three years, we will use the power of football and our connection to AFC Wimbledon to tackle inequality, improve wellbeing and create opportunities for local people. We will prioritise those facing the greatest disadvantage, while continuing to serve the wider community.

Our work is built around three core pillars:

  • Taking action against inequality

  • Improving the lives of our community

  • Supporting people to learn and achieve

We aim to improve the lives of everyone in our community, with greater emphasis on those facing the highest levels of need and disadvantage.

This approach is based on proportionate universalism - support for all, with extra focus where inequality is greatest.
