AFC WIMBLEDON FOUNDATION ENGAGEs over 3500 LOCAL PEOPLE IN SPORT, EXERCISE & SOCIAL ACTIVITIES EVERY WEEK

Thanks to generous donations, fundraising efforts, new partnerships and successful grants the we have been able to expand our levels of engagement and now on average 3596 local people take part in Foundation led programmes and activities every week.

To address the needs of our community we need to focus even more on reaching the most disadvantaged people and engaging underrepresented groups, making sure everyone has access to sport, exercise and social activities.

We know that low-income families can’t afford the additional costs of sports clubs / activities e.g. travel, kit and fees and it costs more to live a healthy lifestyle. As more and more people are struggling with the cost-of-living crisis, we need support so that we can reach, engage and pay for the most disadvantaged members of our community to enjoy our sporting and social activities for free.
